Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Carriage House Inn
now offers guests quality dining in an elegant country atmosphere. 

1857

 The Carriage House Inn 
building was originally constructed.

1953

The building first became a restaurant when The White House was opened.

1877

The building became the Zimmerman and Maxwell Feed and Grain Warehouse. 

1983

It was purchased by the Hance family to open The Carriage House Inn.

1900

It served as a broom factory and later a bus depot after the turn of the century.

1998

Joann’s Ballroom was completed to accommodate private parties of up to 150.
